Looks nice and seems to perform well so far. Longevity is the big thing so we shall see how it holds up. Lighting is great and storage flexibility just ok. In my case I see it went on sale for $600 less just a couple of weeks after purchase, not too happy about that.

Got this GE fridge to replace an old GE Profile that finally died. Loved that fridge! This is level down, due to not wanting to spend so much money. It was delivered today, so not sure about the actual function. Few things though that your engineers or designers should think about. My husband is very handy and decided to hookup the water line himself. Problem is the piece that you have to insert the copper water line to is very short, and initially leaked. Also, on door with water/ice, the shelf maybe should have a well built there to catch dripping water or any excess ice. Just 2 initial thoughts so far. I'm hoping to love this one as much as I did my old one... we'll have to see. Quick update: yes, you need to add a well or lip to ice/water fixture. I went to try out the ice 2 days later, it grinned for at least a minute before actually dispensing ice, then it shot out like a bat. Had ice all over the floor due to my glass not being able to hold the amount dispensed. I'm not sure what the problem or answer is.

Ignore the unfinished wall behind it, we were so committed to making this refrigerator work in our kitchen that we literally knocked out part of a wall to fit it! ð After almost two months of daily use, I can confidently say it was worth it. The amount of space on both the refrigerator and freezer sides is fantastic. I especially love the refrigerator door storage. The shelves are roomy, feel incredibly sturdy, and hold so much more than I expected. The drawers are another small detail that I didn™™t expect to care so much about. They pull open and slide shut SO SMOOTHLY! Seriously, they™™re butter smooth and even after almost two months of constant use, that™™s still something I notice and appreciate. It™™s also incredibly easy to keep clean. The interior wipes down easily and I love that I can pull the glass shelves out when I want to give everything a more thorough cleaning instead of just trying to awkwardly reach every little corner while they™™re still inside. But my absolute favorite feature and the whole reason I wanted this fridge is the size of the water/ice dispenser area. It ACTUALLY fits my large cups and tumblers underneath without having to awkwardly tilt them, which I appreciate every single day. As someone who almost always has an unnecessarily large cup nearby, this matters more to me than it probably should. My only frustration has been the ice dispenser. I found that if the ice sits for too long without being used, you can start causing issues. When that happens, I have to remove the ice bin, empty it, let the dispenser thaw, dry everything out, and put it back together. It works, but it can definitely be tedious. I™™ve learned that simply using the ice every day keeps everything moving, and since I started doing that, I haven™™t had nearly as many problems. Overall, after almost 2 months, I™™m still extremely happy with it. It™™s spacious, sturdy, easy to clean, thoughtfully designed, and looks great in our kitchen. And clearly we were willing to remove part of our house for it, so I think that says plenty. ð

We did research to try to make the right choice when replacing the terrible samsung refrigerator that came with the house when we bought it. A whole two months and three days into ownership and the ice maker is broken. The WHOLE reason we went in search of a new fridge. What happened to refrigerators with reliable ice makers? It is a nice looking fridge but a total waste of money if it doesn't even last 3 months before components break down.

Solid, attractive, simple fridge with a few gripes

I'm happy with the look and feel of the unit, quality seems good and it's an attractive fridge. Feels well built. The finger print resistant stainless steel is nice and really make a difference compared to other appliances I have that aren't "finger print resistant". The LED lighting is slick I suppose but I never had any issues with the good old light bulb in the corner of my 22 year old Whirlpool. I have a few minor gripes. I HATE that there is no meat/deli drawer on an $1800 fridge. The water filter is inside the fridge and it cuts into the size of the 2nd produce drawer. The 2nd drawer is half the size of the first drawer and I miss the two full sized produce drawers of my last fridge (that also had a meat drawer). The ice maker is really slow compared to my old fridge. To be fair, I think that is just the way things are now with ice makers in the door and energy guidelines - these newer fridges use half the energy of my prior model so be prepared for that. The unit does not dispense ice very cleanly. Half the time "cubed" ice comes out crushed and it's flinging ice all over. If you're adding ice to a large 40oz Stanley cup it's a 50/50 proposition as to whether or not you'll be picking ice up off the floor. I don't think my unit is defective I just think that is the way it is. There isn't a drip tray in the water dispenser which may bug some people, so far the flat surface seems angled enough that it's not causing water to drip down the front of the fridge which would be my only concern. Time will tell if it holds up!

Beautiful design with useful features

I love the look and function of this stainless side-by-side refrigerator, it was a much needed upgrade from our previous fridge. It has a large capacity that fits everything we need and the shelves can be moved to accommodate the layout we want. I do miss the deli drawer and butter compartment but the tall water dispenser area and extra space make up for those lost features. The ice maker is attached to the freezer door which leaves more usable space in the freezer. It features temperature controls and an alarm if the door is left ajar. It feels like it will last our family a long time and has kept everything at the perfect temperature.

I am absolutely in love with this refrigerator. It has so much space on the freezer side as well as the fresh food side. It has two different types of ice, crushed or cubed as well as the water dispenser. It comes out super cold and we use it all the time.

So far, I'm in love with this fridge, it was just delivered yesterday. I want to note that the measurements for the fridge without the hinge for the height is off by a quarter of an inch... they did not take into account the wheels. We had to cut my cabinet so that it would fit. I used to have an old side by side fridge, and it's a little crazy that the new refrigerators are not the same measurements. The only other reason I gave it four starts is that there is not a drip tray for the water/ice dispenser in the door like other models have. Otherwise, the LED lights are fabulous, it is very spacious. Magnets stick to the front. The temp controls for the fridge and freezer are right on. It cooled very quickly.

My family and I love this GE fridge! The highlight of this fridge is the water dispenser. It's tall enough to fit both my Stanley and Owala water bottle. The light feature on the dispenser is bright and can be turned off if needed. The ice dispenser gives plenty of ice. We love how easy it is to organize the freezer and see exactly what we have. The adjustable racks in both the fridge and freezer make fitting all our groceries so easy. I love that I can remove all the racks and drawers and clean every part if needed. The adjustable temperature is easy to use. There is an abundance of condiment storage on the door. I love how much light the fridge and freezer give when the doors are opened. A great refrigerator for a family!

I appreciate this company so much I can™™t even put it in the words enough. First of all I™™ve got this fridge as an influenster member. I agreed we are gonna go take care of getting the product and install it by ourselves. Regardless of the signed commitment GE delivered the fridge to our house and was willing to install it and even take our old fridge away. Unfortunately the fridge had some physical scratches and I was ok with that but the delivery company said that brand is not ok us having their product that has arrived damaged! So they took it away and brought us another one in a few weeks. What I™™m trying to say, besides the fact how much we love the fridge itself and I™™m going to get into details in a minute, but the company politic that works in 100% customer satisfaction is absolutely beautiful!! I even got the program removed from my to do list because of the shipping issues but I appreciate them so much I made the program back in my feed because I DO want to share how amazing this brand/company is!! I have never ever seen a customer service like that before and we were not even in touch with each other! I can™™t imagine a better brand to by from who takes such a huge care for the customers and their happiness. I didn™™t even have to make this review because the program got removed from my list. It™™s my pure and honest willing!! The fridge itself omg - it fitted in our small space, it™™s tall and has a lot of room, I was so happy that I™™ve finally got a fridge that makes water and ice cubes in our house! I'm loving our new refrigerator! It has a modern, sleek design that adds sophistication to my kitchen. With counter depth refrigerators, it can be a bit challenging to get optimal space, but this refrigerator truly lives up to its promise. It has many side bins that are super deep and provide a great amount of storage space. The tall dispenser allows me to easily fill water bottles and pitchers. I'm especially appreciative of the LED lights inside that take the guesswork out of finding food, even when I'm sneaking into the kitchen for a midnight snack. We previously had a French door refrigerator with a bottom pull out freezer, and it just wasn't functional for us. Piling things on top of each other meant digging through the freezer to reach items at the bottom. The side by side design of this freezer allows us to organize food onto each shelf and bin, making it easy to know exactly where everything is. The shelves are also sleek and easy to clean. The ability to adjust them is very beneficial. We were easily able to determine which shelves needed to accommodate taller items like milk gallons and juice containers and adjust them accordingly. With this refrigerator, we no longer have to compromise kitchen space for design or storage. I'm very impressed with this refrigerator and highly recommend it!

GE has never disappointed! We love this awesome GE fridge. It has a backlight LED panel which is very cool. The slim door ice maker is nice and tall at 11™. It allows for more storage in the freezer and gives you the ability to put water bottles under easier to fill them. It cools foods to the perfect temperature and gives you ample room to store cold or frozen foods ð±! The freezer has more room than mostly all freezers I have owned. The extra large door storage is amazing! It gives you more room to store more foods and drinks ð¥¤ ! A few drawbacks are that the shelves don™™t have many adjustment settings and it says counter depth but goes about 4 inches past the counter because of the door ðª . Overall, I highly recommend this refrigerator. It is made well, looks sleek, works quietly and the GE brand lasts long!!!

I really like the side by side style of this appliance. It is spacious on both sides which makes it easy to organize the refrigerator. The shelves and drawers come out easily for cleaning purposes. Love the classic stainless steel look of it. Also love the LED panel that lights up the entire fridge so that I don™™t forget what is in the fridge and it doesn™™t became an abyss. The only things that I would recommend for an upgrade is led strips in the drawers so the drawers aren™™t forgotten and I wish that the button lock feature was on the water panel instead of inside the refrigerator, so that we don™™t have to keep opening the door to lock the water for my busy toddler.

This fridge absolutely fits perfectly into our home. It is the perfect high quality looking stainless steel. I love the size of it. It was super easy to install no issues at all. I love the packaging they were so meticulous with the way they packaged it. It absolutely made a difference in making sure I got here with 0 problems and the lighting is very beautiful. It makes it look very high-end. It's also soft enough at night. Where it's very nice and glowy has perfect features, and it really is thought of everything. All the pieces are high quality. No, issues at all. I really like the small little details of the lighting dÃcor and the different places you can put the shelves. The very sturdy door shelves are great to and it looks very luxurious. It runs very quietly. It's got different ways to control. If you want a quick freeze or a quick cool, it's got different settings for that. And even when the ice is being made, it's very quiet.

GE finally heard us giant water cup lovers! One of my favorite features on this refrigerator is the extra tall water dispenser. It easily fits larger cups and bottles, which makes refilling so easy. I also really like the bright LED light wall panel in the back. It lights up the entire fridge and makes it easy to see everything inside without digging around. The fridge is spacious and has adjustable glass shelves that are easy to clean. The ice bin is large, which is a plus , but ice does dispense slower than I would prefer. The water dispenser however is very quick and water is always cold. The cool thing about this fridge is that I have the ability to connect my fridge to the SmartHQ app and get live up to date info on the filter life, change how bright the LED light walls are, order a new water filter, and if the door is closed. Definitely a cool feature for those whole are into techy things. Overall I love this fridge and the stainless steel design looks very good in my kitchen.

The GE Counter depth side by side refrigerator is beautiful. We love the LED light wall feature (the backlighting makes it looks so beautiful!) and are really enjoying the space in this fridge. I am a big fan of the indoor ice feature, because it makes filling up a cooler so easy! The installation was easy and we managed to install the shelving with very little difficulty. More than that, it feels extremely sturdy. I love that there is a lot of room in the door for storage, which is perfect for all the condiment bottles that we seem to collect. I also love that the water feature has a ton of space, which allows my water bottle to fit under it! This fridge is a great addition to our home.

I received the GE Counter depth side by side refrigerator in exchange for my honest review. The counter depth refrigerator in 24 cu. ft. Is perfect size for our family of three. The side by side refrigerator makes it easy to see everything easily and the shelves are tempered glass as well as adjustable. There is more shelf space on the sides as well. The LED light walls details looks pretty and also makes the refrigerator well lit. The extra tall dispenser makes it a breeze to fill water bottles. There are options for crushed and cubed ice , it works well. The temperature control is digital on the inside and it™™s easy to adjust. The drawers are easy to clean and you can adjust to place tall items. One thing I did notice was the ice maker noises are little loud compared to my other refrigerator. The stainless steel model is aesthetically pleasing and Definitely recommend. I have had the refrigerator for a few days now while writing this review.

The GE 24 Cu. Ft. Counter depth side by side refrigerator is the perfect fridge for me! The led backlit walls in the inside allow me to see inside! The outside dispenser has water, crushed, cubed, and a light option with extra tall space which fits tall water bottles perfectly. Two handles on the outside and adjustable shelves for me to store what I need. I love the crisper drawers.

This refrigerator is awesome! It looks great and has some awesome features. First the shelves in the freezer are real shelves and not the cheap looking wire ones with spaces in them that allows for stuff to get stuck in between. Also there are drawers in the freezer just like you have in the fridge which makes it very nice. The ice maker is really quiet and I love the shape of the ice. Also the ice and water dispenser is taller than most which is nice since water bottles keep getting taller! Also it has a great look! Highly recommend.
