This Gas Range Connector Kit is used to hook up your gas range to your home's gas supply. It includes (1) 4' flexible stainless steel gas connector hose, (2) 1/2" male/female connectors, (1) 3/4" male/female connector, (1) tube of sealant, (1) tube of leak detector solution and installation instructions. Note that you will only use one of the fittings to complete the installation. Please check your appliance's use and care manual to ensure this is correct for use with your appliance. Installing this kit will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the range and novice repair experience. Remember to unplug the range or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this item. Also make sure to turn off the gas valve before the installation.

Worst stove..

The temp on this oven fluctuate 50 to 75 degrees. After having it serviced A couple of times for this problem with no results. Now it breaks on Thanksgiving.. This is the worst stove I have ever owned. The display still read oven temp of 350 but the temp dropped to270 and went as high as 425.

Bad purchase experience

Cosmetically my product arrived with damage. A scratched handle and burner grill was broken. I got the gas version and no one showed up to do the installation. I had to pay another Plummer to connect my stove or wait another 2 weeks for their installation. Lastly the replacement handle arrived with a defect. *Work wise the stove has been 100 GOOD

Big mistake

Piece of Junk. We should have kept our 25 year old Amana. Couldnt get timers to work until we unplugged electricity about 4 times. Brutal to keep clean black shows every mark. Convection oven is perfect height for a 6 inch tall gnome. Engineer that decided to put a seam collecting dirt and grease right on top in front of burners is an idiot. Burner grates are cheap. Very disappointed.

Great stove exceptdangerous design flaw

I love my double oven stove with one exception. The burner knobs are in a dangerous position. Its way to easy to accidentally turn on burners. Ive had this happen several times and luckily smelled the gas. Yesterday I had someone here to replace my stove hood and when he left I smelled gas. He had accidentally turned 2 of the knob while working. This is very dangerous Not a good placement for the burner knobs. I have purchased child safety covers for the knobs but having arthritis not a convenient fix.

Its Better Than I Expected

What a fantastic range I had been eyeing this beauty for over two years and was finally blessed to purchase it. Its totally fantastic. Every burner is so powerful. The broiler is excellent as I can bake or broil in jt. I barely use the bottom oven. Everything comes out perfectly. Cornbread cookies heating up a slice of pizza excellent I absolutely love the way this range looks especially the knob area how thick the panel is with the slight tilt. I adore the purple inside and that the ovens are self cleaning. The top cleans wonderfully with a little dish liquid and a rag. I love the grates which are so thick it makes it easy to clean. I have had this range for about a year now and I am so happy. What a beautiful thing. If New York City goes all electric I will have to get the electric version. I had been dreaming of this range and now that I have it I couldnt be happier. Whoever designed it thought everything out to a T.

Also not happy that it shows as being app friendly but cannot connect it to the app. Says not compatible when trying to. Piece of Junk. Timer doesnt work from the factory. I called for service..... phone tech wanted serial number..... its on the rear of the installed stove and impossible to get to. Should be inside the oven door riveted on like every other manufacturer. Additionally....the stove is impossible to keep clean as grease shows up terribly. We should have kept our 25 year old Amana.

It turn light on itself. I cant turn it off.I bought 4years agobut I use oven less than 5times so far. After making outside kitchenI dont use oven at all. I only cook simple breakfast with a stove. Nevertheless it oven light broke down itself. The warranty is over. I have to pay for labor and the part.

I am rather disappointed in my purchase. I still have not been able to get my ovens to accurately reach the set temperature. I cannot believe that I paid so much for a range and the thermostats need to be adjusted. Shouldnt that ve already done at the factory? It is maddening. I have ruined several dishes already. It isnt like this range is new to me I just replaced the same one from 10 years ago. The reason was that the thermostats stopped working. Now I get a new one and the thermostat doesnt work. Im furious.

Dont buy for propane

I own an LG gas range at my Minneapolis home. Love it. Do when I remodeled my lake home I picked the LDG 4313. But I had to convert to propane. Short story LG does not know how to convert. They have sent repair men out. Everything is what LG provided in the conversion kit. After two years of fighting with food burned over too hot flames I am sadly planning to toss this stove and buy some other brand. Be wary of buying if you use propane as fuel

Love it. Had trouble understanding the top row of buttons ran the top oven and the bottom row of buttons ran the bottom oven. I did call customer service 4 times and they were NO help at all. No one told me until the last guy that I had to keep touching the screen to stay connected. I tried my best but the conversatiuon was dropped anyway and I was cut off all 4 times. I had to keep repeating a lot of unneccessary steps to even get a chance to talk with customer service. I kept getting handed from one person to another. Instead of customer satisfaction all I got was lots of stress frustration and customer run around. I called during the day and that gentlemen was awesome. He was patient and helped me solve my problem. Now I am a HAPPY BAKER thanks to him.

Great stove--love the double oven

We purchased this LDG4313 Freestanding Gas Double Oven a few months ago and Im so happy we did Initially we had to adjust things slightly--both the stove top burners and the thermostats on the ovens. as they werent quite accurate. One of the ovens baked quite a bit hotter than it should but after we adjusted it its been a dream. Even when I overfilled a cake pan and it spilled over as it was baking cleanup was a breeze. After the oven cooled the burned batter wiped off the bottom of the oven with no effort at all. It takes a few times to learn how the ovens bake. One thing I do differently in the convection oven is turn my baked items once or twice during baking so they brown evenly as the heat comes from the back of the oven. Im very happy with this purchase.

Burner flames too high and cant be adjusted lower

I have had a service tech here 4-5 times so far. today included. When we got this stove I was so excited because I had a double oven previously and hated to give it up when we moved. I have had the oven around a year or so but it hasnt worked properly from the beginning They cant seem to be able to lower the flame enough.. Only one of the back burners works perfectly.. They have replaced the regulators and some other parts but still the flame is too high.. I can not leave the stove for a moment or I will burn things.. You cant simmer anything because you have to babysit it constantly.. I have to shut it off when I have to walk out of the room. The tech said today that there is nothing hec an do at this point. And I need to contact LG. I am not satisfied at all

Glass shatters

Poorly designed

The designers of this oven have clearly never really baked anything in their entire life as it has to many technical flaws to list them all. 1st off the oven fluxuates by 50 degrees F. both above and below the setting. In other words set at 350 degrees will cause the oven to fluxuate between 300 400 degrees during baking process so forget about baking altogether as baking require more precise temperature control. LG says fluxuations cant be avoided this is true by a few degrees but not 50 Then theres the rack itself. Forget about making a crisp pizza as the tines on the rack are too far apart to put anything directly on the rack as it will fall through. And what in the world did they paint this appliance with as I have never in all my 60 years of cooking had an oven that attracks and holds food particles grease as extremely as this one does. Seriously I have to use 3 different cleansers to get it clean. And do not ever use the cooktop without cleaning it first because if you do the dirt will bake on to the surface will become a permanent splotch.

Purchased this double oven range a few weeks ago and so far so good. Oven temperatures seem true. Baked cookies and they came out perfect at the specified time. Also really like the burners. They instantly come on and are powerful. The ultra burner heats up water at an amazing rate.

Nice concept bad electronic mechanics

I purchased my unit 10/2020 and have had nothing but problems since we had it installed. We have had the repairman out 4 times to replace the motherboard. The oven at times acts as if it is possessed. It will turn itself on the light will go on and off at random times it locks and unlocks itself it resets the clock by itself and in addition this is after the last repair was done approximately 3 weeks ago. If I lock it to create a safer environment for my home it just unlocks itself. The only thing we are able to do is unplug it then plug it back in when we want to use it. The chrome/stainless steel front has begun to show rust spots and the oven does not regulate the temperature well. It is either too hot or too cold to bake evenly. It was really a bad decision for us as we had never purchased an LG product before. I know in the future we will stay far far away from LG. I really had my hopes up for this to be a winning oven/range as I am a chef who also loves to bake but alas this will be my one and only LG. The repairman is coming again later this week and hopefully they will take it away as a lemon and give us our money back.

A great range

The 5 burner range is fantastic. From the low burner to the high output burner and the griddle burner all work like they are supposed to with even heat. The double ovens are also very nice. The heat from one oven does not go into the other oven when not in use so no wasted energy. Cleaning is a snap on this well constructed range which feels like a very solid appliance which looks beautiful in the kitchen. Overall this is a great range.

I am no too familiar with Gas ranges. I had one for a short time in New Mexico. I was pleased to be able to have one in my present home. I love the convenience of gas cooking. I love the double oven to allow for multiple items being cooked at different temperatures and times. I love the ease of cleaning the top. I hated my glass top electric range because of the baked on food which would not be cleaned unless I used a razor blade which then scratched the top. I dont have the problem with this range. Yayee Did I mention I love my new gas range?

Terrible Oven design

From the start the ovens double oven have had major heating issues. When it buzzes to notify the oven has reached temperature it is as much as 85* below the set temperature. It can take up to 30 minutes to get CLOSE to the desired temperature and that is only in the back right corner. During the cooking cycle the temperature varies up to 100* lower is some parts of the oven while burning in the back. Customer service phone agents are poor. The two I dealt with refused to address MY issues made us jump through all kinds of hoops which we did. Rest oven temperatures etc. Finally after repeatly asking to speak to a Supervisor in the second call he talked to one and I was given a service tech confirmation number. The service tech Aldo was great. He is currently working on continuing to jump through the hoops to try ordering a new computer board and resolve the issue. This is questionable because the thermocouple is in the back right corner. This issue probably cant be resolved because the thermocouple is in a poor location for even distribution of heat. Very disappointed. We have had LG kitchens in our past three houses and never had any issues. I want this oven to be replaced. It has a defective design.

Hate everything about it

Unfortunately this oven came with the purchase of my new home. Top rack burns everything on the bottom. I heated up taco shells I literally put them in the oven and THEN preheated to 325. Took them out in 5 minutes and they were burnt on the bottom. Same with crescent rolls gooey on top burnt on the bottom. HATE THIS.

Stovetop scratches too easily while cleaning. Grates scratch the stovetop while replacing them. Water spots stain the burner tops and are difficult to clean. LG customer service is non existent. Horrible. Nice people working for the President but no results. Extremely disappointed in this product.

To start off got the range delivered and used it one time and everything worked great then a few days latter was going to cook bacon in the oven and top oven would not light. Called for service and was outside the 48 hour replacement window. But are going to send a repair person out in a month and a half so waiting on repairs. But bottom oven and stove top works great heats up very fast and cook well but I hope that the quality is there and everything keep working down the road

Stove of my dreams

I had a gas stove when I was growing up and loved it. Ever since I have always wanted one. My LDG4313ST has been the stove of my dreams. The double oven is so convenient I dont know how I made due with only one oven my whole life. I can have crusts baking in one oven at 425 while my quiche is baking in the other. It is even more of a God send on holidays family gatherings. I absolutely adore the center burner . I use a cast iron griddle to cook breakfast on every morning. It is easy to keep clean and a joy to cook on.
